All sales of 24‑Hour Access Passes and extensions are final due to the instant digital nature of the service. No refunds will be issued for change of mind.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased token (e.g., token not delivered, site down), please contact us within 48 hours at support@aisoul24.com. We will investigate and may issue a replacement token or refund at our sole discretion.
If you accidentally made duplicate payments, contact us immediately – we will refund the extra charge.
For refund requests, please email support@aisoul24.com with your payment receipt and explanation.
